Chem-Dry of St. Cloud is owned and operated by Jeff and Tracy Swenson: a husband and wife team that has worked side-by-side for over 25 years. We perform nearly all of our in-home services to be sure everything is completed to our, but more importantly your satisfaction. Chem-Dry of St. Cloud uses a proprietary, carbonating cleaning solution that leaves your carpets sparkling clean. The Chem-Dry process uses about 1/5th of the moisture used by “steam cleaners” so they will dry in 1-2 hours – not days! This means your carpets will be ready for use much sooner without disrupting your family’s busy schedule. Also, by using less moisture there is almost no chance for stains to wick back up and reappear. Your carpets stay cleaner longer because The Natural® contains no soaps or detergents that can re-attract dirt.

At Chem-Dry of St. Cloud, we offer both Truckmount and portable equipment so we can handle any job, anywhere. By using the world’s largest carpet cleaning company for over 35 years combined with the personal service provided by Jeff and Tracy, you can be assured the job will be done right the first time. We would love the opportunity to work for your family or business and provide you with a sparkling clean home or office, and for you to join our family of repeat customers for years to come!

We love serving our customers here in our amazing community. Our proprietary hot carbonating extraction cleaning process penetrates deep into the fibers, removing common non-living household allergens from carpets and upholstery.* Plus, our solution, The Natural®, contains no soaps or detergents — making it a great choice for homes with families and pets. And, Chem-Dry uses 80% less water than typical steam cleaning so carpets dry in hours instead of days, making it the more convenient carpet cleaning choice.

Chem-Dry is the world’s leading carpet cleaner, but we also offer cleaning of upholstery, tile and grout, and area rugs too.
